Have something to teach others in the SCA community? Written articles, blog post, tutorials, and video tutorials are published on the scacommunity.com are contributed by readers just like you! We are currently looking for writers to contribute to the SCA Community, by sharing your wealth of knowledge with others you are passing on the torch to others interested in the same things you are, and by doing so helping to grow the SCA Community.
We only accept articles that match the site’s standards of both writing and article content. If your article is accepted, you’ll get to help your fellow SCA’ers! Please note that if we gain evidence that the article, documents, source images, and or video used in the article have been plagiarized we will take the article off the site immediately and your name will go on the SCA Community’s wall of shame, trust us you don’t want that! So be cool and submit your own work...
You must also fulfill the following criteria:
- Your article must be your original work and not published elsewhere.
- Any photos used in your articles must be uploaded to our site not linked to off site locations.
- Any PDF or other documents must be uploaded to our site not linked to off site locations.
If your article is accepted:
- You grant a license to readers to use the knowledge shown in the article in their own projects without reference to yourself, the SCA community, and or this site. They may not reproduce the article itself, but they can use the techniques you teach.
- You grant a license to SCA Community to be the exclusive publisher of the article online. You may republish extracts online – for example on your own site – however the article in its entirety should not appear elsewhere. You may also republish the article offline in any way you wish – e.g. sell it to a magazine, submit it to a book.
