well I just created my profile on the site. I know it is winter and I don't think there are a lot of activities while it is cold, but I may be mistaken. I'll keep reading about the SCA. I already paid for my membership and I hope it pays out. I am hoping to meet some people with similar interestes, Archery and music, maybe some medieval, renaissance dancing and partying.
 I may be trying to do too much. I will be playing with eth cincinnati Civic Orchestra this year, and I hope to go to more SCA events. It just seems all the events are always so far from me; and it's almost a big rist to drive 5-10 hours to an event when I do not know anyone there. I may have to suck it up and see if I meet some people.
